The car was purchased in 2012 by a driving enthusiast with no interest in racing. He had the means and desire to correct all issues that came with this car which was in need of sorting out. He enjoys track days and was intrigued by 997 Cup cars and wanted to experience one. He has now had that experience and is ready to move on to other vehicles without the extra support a Cup car calls for.
