As is normal in motorsports, the Isringhausen Motorsports team had some highs and lows this 2015 season. From engine failures to a crash at Daytona we had some struggles. But with good strategy and perseverance we were able to pull of some wins as well. Geoff Jr. did not get many opportunities to race but had a safe season competing at Watkins Glen and Road America. Geoff Sr. ran a few more events including Sebring, Road Atlanta, Watkins Glen, VIR, Road America and Daytona. Geoff had wins in the enduros at Road Atlanta and VIR. Road America was the highlight of the season with wins in both sprint races and the enduro. Our latest car number 81 is really dialed in. We partnered with BILT Racing this year for car builds and shared a paddock area at several events. They designed and put together car 81 and it is significantly more advanced in braking and suspension than our earlier cars. Here is some video highlights from the second sprint race at Road America from inside Geoff Sr's car. When the race is over Geoff Sr was instructed to report to the scales where driver and car were found to be over the minimum weight by only 6 lbs. That is a little too close for comfort.
